During the event\, specialist historic trial cars\, mainly from the 1960s and ’70s\, will complete timed trials “sections” on the steep and slippery hillsides surrounding Blackmore Farm. \n  \nThe event is not a race\, as only one car will be on a section at any one time\, but their overall time is important. \n  \nIf you are competing in the trials\, you are very welcome to camp with us at Wytch Wood. We’ll kick off just before dusk with a short talk about our native bat species\, followed by a twilight walk around the Wytch Wood Campsite\, Blackmore ancient woodlands and the neighbouring farmland. \n  \nYou will get the chance to (hopefully) see and hear the bats* and learn about these amazing native species with a talk from our local expert before the walk. \n  \nJessica will supply bat detectors\, which help locate and identify bats in the area. DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_gallery type=”image_grid” images=”3583\,7810\,7765″ img_size=”350×350″ css=””][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””] \nPizza Night at Wytch Wood Camping!\n  \n\n**PLEASE NOTE: WE NEED A  MINIMUM OF 10 ORDERS TO RUN PIZZA NIGHT** \n\n  \nJoin us for delicious Neapolitan-style sourdough pizza made to order in our on-site\, wood-fired pizza oven. \nAll guests and visitors from the local area are welcome to join us for pizza night and at the bar – just please make sure you pre-order before noon on the day to make sure you can get your pizza when you want it! \n  \nWe operate a zero-waste policy\, so all pizzas and salads must be booked in advance. This way\, we can make sure we prepare enough dough and ingredients for our orders without having excess wasted and thrown away. We will try to accommodate walk-ups\, but you may have to wait for an available time slot. \n  \nLook out for seasonal specials featuring homegrown\, foraged and locally produced artisan ingredients. Plus\, wash it down with a nice chilled cider or beer from the bar. \n  \n\nJoin us for Wood-fired pizza at Wytch Wood Camping – Saturday 30th May 2026\n\n  \nOpening Times\, Ordering & Payment\n\nPizza will be served from 6–7.30 pm.\nPizzas must be ordered in advance\, and you can choose from all available time slots.
