Introduction talk: an introduction to forest bathing\, the trees of Wytch Wood\, how forest bathing works and the healing effects of the practice.\n2. Mindful walk into the woodland\, initial exploration of the trees and plants.\n3. Seated guided meditation session to calm the nervous system and connect with the woodland.\n4. Organic mandala exercise: engaging all of our senses by interacting with the woodland through collecting natural materials to create a group mandala on the woodland floor.\n5. Walking meditation through the woodland.\n6.
