Wytch Wood donating 10% of booking value to Somerset Wildlife Trust during The Big Count Week 16-25th June

Wytch Wood is a Small Business Supported for the The Somerset Wildlife Trust.  We feel their approach is a great fit for Wytch Wood:

• commitment to protecting and promoting biodiversity in the county
• supply of incredible free learning resources
• engagement in community and activity and citizen science

We are carrying out fundraising and educational activity across the year.  And are registered to make donations through the Work for Good scheme.

Visitors to Wytch Wood enjoy access to a variety of their Spotters guides and activity guides around the site.  We encourage and enable guests to participate in citizen science like The Big Count.

Fundraising for Somerset Wildlife Trust

Our fundraising activity for the Somerset Wildlife Trust kicks off this week.  We are donating 10% of the value of bookings made during the Big Count week 16-25th June.  Your stay can take place at any time during 2023 and be for camping or glamping.

How to participate and support Somerset Wildlife Trust with Wytch Wood :

• Make your booking direct with Wytch Wood either by emailing us at [email protected] or online on our booking pages before between 16th and 25th June 2023 inclusive
• You must make your booking with us direct, not through Hipcamp or other advertising sites
• Your stay at Wytch Wood can be anytime in 2023 – we are open until the end of September and can be camping or glamping.
•  10% of your accommodation value (booking value excluding £12 Greener Camping Club Membership and any extras) will be donated on your behalf to the The Somerset Wildlife Trust
• One donation will be made to the SWT via Work for Good at the end of June to cover all the booking contributions and will we publish the total amount donated.
• If you do not wish a donation to be made on your behalf, please make this known at time of booking
