Enjoy a fun-packed afternoon of bushcraft activities at Wytch Wood Camping
We have a packed afternoon of bushcraft activities for you on Wednesday 14th August, starting from 1 pm.
All under the careful guidance of the RKS Unity team.
The afternoon will focus on the bushcraft skills of fire lighting and woodcraft and will include:
- Learning how to forage for materials that can be used for for fire lighting and crafts
- Demonstrating tool safety and use
- Axe and knife safety, looking at methods of use and maintenance
- Whittling and wood craft: making woodland hammers , pegs, spoons or wood-carving art
- Fire prep and fire-lighting
Family and group rates are available on request, private sessions can be arranged – please ask for more details. The activities will take around 3 hours. Because of the tools used, this activity is only suitable for guests aged 10 and over
