Wytch Wood listed in Evening Standard top British campsites

We’re in the Evening Standard!

We’re absolutely delighted that Wytch Wood Camping and Glamping was listed in the Evening Standard’s top British campsites article last week!

“Only a few pitches remain available at this eco-focused campsite between now and mid-September, and once you visit you’ll see why it’s so popular. Coddled in ancient woodland and wildflower meadow, it has a bar, coffee shop and onsite activities such as archery, all run sustainably. Note: To be able to book you must also be a member of the Greener Camping Club (£12/year).”

The Evening Standard’s Top British campsites for thrifty summer fun, share the secret spots that will give you a bewitching night under canvas so you fully savour the great British summer – and is easy on the wallet too!

A camping holiday comes with two big benefits.

Firstly, it immerses us in the wilderness, fostering that essential bond between humans and nature.

Secondly, it’s cost-effective. As we all tighten our belts, the per-night price tag of as little as £15 a head is seriously appealing. And if you happen to be camping-averse don’t worry, Wytch Wood boasts creature comforts and cushy glamping options too!

There’s still time to stay with us this year, before we close on 18th September.
