Relax in comfort in this spacious and comfortable 7m bell tent. Set in a clearing in the ancient woodland, it is fully furnished and boasts a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen.
Birdsong Glamping Tent is a 7m high-sided bell tent, sitting in a private spot in the woods for you to enjoy nature and listen to the birds.
Set beside a fast-flowing, shallow stream with views into the ancient woodland on 3 sides. Relax in fully-furnished comfort, Birdsong can sleep up to 5 (including kids) and has its own fully equipped outdoor kitchen, private shower, fire pit with grill, outdoor seating areas and compost loo.
Birdsong is set up to sleep 4 guests and is furnished with a super King-sized bed and 2 single beds. An additional child’s ‘put-up’ bed can be supplied at an extra charge of £25 per booking.
Stay warm outside around the fire pit and cook up a storm on your own tripod cooking grill. You can enjoy sitting indoors or outside, so you’ll be comfortable and still enjoy your break, whatever the weather.

With an adjoining porch canopy, you can stash your coats, shoes and luggage in the dry. You’ll also have a well equipped outdoor kitchen with gas hob, sink, cool box and even a breakfast bar to sit at while you look out in to the woods.
All linen, towels, cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery are provided. Some solar lighting is supplied, but you may find some extra torches or lanterns useful – electric charging points are available in the communal barn.

Pricing is per night and includes 4 guests:
- £105 per night for stays of 4 nights or more
- £25 charge for an extra child’s bed
Key Information
- Check in from 3 pm.
- Check out by 11 am.
- Party size – minimum 1 adult, maximum 4 adults. Can sleep up to 5 with children. You cannot exceed the maximum occupants.
- We do not accept dogs.
- Wytch Wood is a quiet campsite. No amplified music is allowed on site, and respectful levels of noise are required at all times, especially after dark.
- Minimum stay on Birdsong Glamping Pitch is 4 nights during school holidays and 3 nights at other times. Minimum 2 guests.
Cancellations
- If cancelled six weeks or more before your arrival date we will refund your payment less a 20% admin fee and the £12 Greener Camping Club membership fee (which is not refundable).
- If we are unable to re-let your dates, no refund will be made.
- Bookings are not transferable without our prior agreement from Wytch Wood in writing.
- You are advised to take out travel insurance. See our full booking terms and conditions.

The showers are a great experience if we do say so ourselves. The clear roof means that you feel like you’re still in the middle of nature.
CAFE & BAR
The communal barn is there for everyone to use. Enjoy fresh, barista-made coffee, the fully licensed bar, and hand-stretched pizza cooked to order for you. Plus, we have lots of games to choose from for all ages – from backgammon to battleships.
WASH UPS
Our washing-up area boasts hot water and ‘Green Bear‘ biologically friendly washing-up liquid. Plus, we provide beautiful (and free) clear spring water for you to drink during your stay.
ACTIVITIES
We put on an exciting array of activities for campers and locals. From bushcraft, archery and axe throwing to forest bathing, yoga, and bat walks you can join in on as lille or as much as you like.
