Totally unique to Wytch Wood, our vintage Army Land Rover trailer is fitted with a rooftop tent and comes complete with its own built-in kitchen.

The ultimate outdoor accommodation solution for adventurers, our TUFF-TREK Pro Ruggedised rooftop tent.

 

A unique new glamping option — sleep beneath the trees in a rooftop tent set on a vintage Army Land Rover trailer. Fully furnished with kitchen gear, linen & towels, it sleeps 2 with space for a small extra tent or hammocks. It will be stationed on pitch 19 – so you’ll have incredible views into the woods.

 

It sleeps two and starts at just £80 per night.

Essential Booking Info

Pricing is per night and includes 2 guests:

  • £80 per night for stays of 2 nights or more.
  • £12 membership to the Greener Camping Club (1 membership needed per pitch).

Key Information

  • Check in from 3 pm.
  • Check out by 11 am.
  • Party size – minimum 1 adult, maximum 2 adults.  You cannot exceed the maximum occupants.
  • A fire pit is provided, charcoal and firewood are available to buy on site, or you may bring your own untreated firewood.
  • We do not accept dogs.
  • Wytch Wood is a quiet campsite. No amplified music is allowed on site, and respectful levels of noise are required at all times, especially after dark.
  • Minimum stay for the Land Rover are 2 nights.

NB. We request a full payment when booking a camping pitch, which will include full payment (£12) for any new Greener Camping Club memberships.

 

Cancellations

 

  • If cancelled six weeks or more before your arrival date we will refund your payment less a 20% admin fee and the £12 Greener Camping Club membership fee (which is not refundable).
  • If we are unable to re-let your dates, no refund will be made.
  • Bookings are not transferable without our prior agreement from Wytch Wood in writing.
  • You are advised to take out travel insurance. See our full booking terms and conditions.
